How we can help - Can I track a pallet delivery?

Not usually. It’s not possible to provide online tracking like you would see for a standard parcel courier, but if you would like to know the pallet has been collected and it’s general whereabouts please get in touch our customer services team by email on [email protected] or call on 01283 576 162 and press option 2 for customer services.

We’ll be able to check that the pallet has been collected and its general progress through the pallet network. In special circumstances and for time sensitive deliveries we ca contact our courier who may be able to call the delivery driver and get a rough ETA on the delivery.

 

In the rare event there is a problem with your pallet delivery our customer service team would be in touch with you.
