How we can help - Can you offer pre-10am or pre-12pm delivery?

Yes, we can upgrade your delivery to a pre-10-am or pre-12pm for you. There would be a small additional fee to pay for this upgrade. This fee depends on the volume of your order (the physical size and the number of parcels) and also which service you would like.

A pre-10am delivery is normally between 7am and 10am and a pre-12pm is normally between 9am and 12pm.

Whilst we do our best our couriers cannot guarantee these times as often there are outside factors which could cause delays – accidents, excessive traffic, poor weather etc. In our experience though most timed deliveries are completed within their suggested times.
