What are the main points to consider when selecting a 19 inch Rackmount Chassis?

There are several points of attention:
Does your motherboard fit?
Make sure the size of your motherboard is compatible with the Chassis you select.
Is your cabinet compatible?
Make sure the depth of your cabinet is bigger or the same as the depth of the Chassis you select.
Can it accomodate the type and quantity of Drives you need to use?
Make sure there are enough (hot-swap) Drive bays available for your Harddrive(s), floppy, CD-ROM, etc.
Is the cooling system appropriate for the configuration?
Make sure there is adequate cooling in the system for cooling all of the components used.
