What is a Slim CD, Slim DVD, Slim Floppy, etc.?

These are small form factor drives which are often used in notebooks.
Because of their small footprint they are perfectly suited for use in 1U and 2U servers where space is limited.
Many of our 1U and 2U and some of our 3, 4 and 5U chassis accommodate Slim Drives.
