Customer Help - Where is my parcel?

A common question but we have an easy solution – Our website has online tracking.

There are two ways to get tracking;

Login to our site

When you ordered from us the first time you would have received a welcome email containing your login (your email address) and a secure auto-generated password. This will allow you to login and view a list of orders – Just click on an order and it will show you the tracking link – This will then when clicked show you an update of the tracking for all consignments in your order including links to live online courier tracking where possible.

Enter your Order Number and Postcode

A simpler way is to use the Track My Order – all you need is your order number, which starts SCUK and the delivery postcode. When entered this will show you the various shipments on your order and links to track online where possible.
