How we can help - Can you order in non-stocked products?

Yes, we carry a huge stock inventory of over 150 product lines and thousands of items in our own UK warehouse but sometimes we go out of stock.

Our primary stocked products include Logic Case (our own brand) and In-Win. Logic Case products come from China and we have air-freight upon demand – Depending on stock levels in China this can normally be available within the UK within 4 working days. In-Win have a distribution facility in The Netherlands, which usually has stock of their entire catalogue – We can obtain products from In-Win within 3 days.

Note the price you would see on our site is our own stocked price – To air-freight or ship in goods on demand there would be an additional cost for this – the most expensive being air-freight from China.

Of course, we can also bring in products from our suppliers on our frequent containers. We receive containers ever 4-6 weeks and there would be no additional cost for this service usually – Just that you would need to wait a longer period.
