Customer Help - Can I collect my order?
Yes absolutely – However please contact us first.
Some of the products we sell are shipped directly from manufacturers in the UK or Europe so it’s possible we may not have the product here, so before you make a special trip please get in touch with us.
Our website doesn’t have an option for collection, so you’ll need to get in touch with our sales team to manually place an order, too. That’s easily done, just visitand we’ll be able to help.
If you’ve placed an order already and would like to change it from delivery to collection, please also contact us and we can advise further.
What do I need to bring?
For collections all you’ll need is a printed copy of your order confirmation and ID. It’s important the ID must match the Billing Name on your order.
