As an account customer of Server Case UK you will be assigned your own dedicated account manager who is always available to help you with product queries, stock enquiries and quotations.
You will also be given priority access to our technical team should you have any queries that your account manager could not help you with.
For customers who build servers and IT solutions themselves we can offer bundle price discounts beyond our normal competitive discount structure.
All we require are your build specs and quantities; your account manager will supply a bundle package price.

In certain instances your customers having received a quotation from you will not place an order immediately. We can reserve stock for an agreed period to ensure that we have the items available and your customer is not disappointed.
Times and stocks are agreed with your account manager.
Our normal website pricing reflects small quantities, suitable for most customers and normal ordering.
When you have a requirement for larger quantities of any items we will reduce our price to reflect the quantities.
While our website catalogue shows approximately 20,000 items we have direct access to over 30,000 additional products through our supplier network.
If you cannot find an item on our site, contact your account manager and they will source the products for you – leaving you to concentrate on other business.
We offer a full server building and solutions service. Your account manager will work closely with you to produce a fully configured and populated server.
Once configured our technical personnel will assemble, stress and hot-test the system. This ensures component compatibility; stability, thermal and other technical parameters are met.
Our service extends to the installation of operating system software.
Our technical department always include a full diagnostics appraisal for each server built. This includes serial number identification, photographic file and full tracking of all components through our secure online partner portal.
This service is particularly valuable if you use our drop-ship and white label service.
Whether it is a single hard drive, mixed components or a complete server solution we can ship these products to your customer direct, removing your handling costs and allowing you to provide a faster service to your customers.
Our white-label shipping will not show any of our company information.
We use your labels on all shipments. For server solutions we are happy to stock your packaging materials (tape etc) carrying your logos.
We can provide a full feed of our website products free of charge to you in CSV or XML format, including images and full descriptions. This can enable you to integrate our pricing into your own website, stock management and quotation systems.
Alternatively you can use our feed to extend your own website shop.
As a trade account customer we operate a fast-track RMA system. This enables us to provide replacement parts to you or your customer directly. This is done before you send back the faulty part(s) to us – thus keeping your customer happy.
Your account manager will provide you with an email containing our clearance offers for that day. This is only available to our account customer’s, as there are normally a limited number of clearance items.
