How we can help - Are you able to offer remote support?
Absolutely – We have on-site engineers at Server Case UK who can help offer remote technical support for all of the systems we have supplied (and built). We can do this using many methods, including remoting into your own network, accessing IPMI, using TeamViewer or Remote Desktop.
All of the servers we build are fully tested and include a 24 hour stress test however we appreciate sometimes things go wrong – often it’s something simple and usually a software related issue which can be easily fixed. We can normally get on to an issue within 2 hours during the working day and often fix any problems very quickly. Should your server need more attention, such as a hardware fix we can normally collect the next working day, or if you’ve purchased extended on-site warranty we can get an engineer to you within the contracted service period.
We provide this service complimentary for the life of the server, but it’s only for the basic OS/Setup – We unfortunately can’t help with supporting your own software or anything outside the scope of the OS itself.
