How we can help - What is your RMA process?

Published by Richard Parry on 17th Dec 2018

Customer satisfaction is very important to us and we’ve made our RMA process really simple and easy in the event you need to return something you don’t want, ordered incorrectly or has arrived/turned faulty. We pride ourselves on our customer service and support and it’s what has helped make us so grow.

Returns within our 14-day period

If you receive any goods that are faulty within 14 days of purchase we would be happy to send a replacement or replacement parts before you send the faulty parts back. Please contact us and request an RMA number and we will ship out advanced replacement parts. Note that the advanced replacement goods remain the property of Server Case UK until the returned goods are received and confirmed as either faulty or damaged.

If the goods you receive are not suitable for your installation please let us know. We would not normally provide a replacement or refund for goods that have been incorrectly ordered and it is at our discretion if we honour a replacement or refund.

Returns after 14-days

If your goods develop a fault, please follow our standard RMA procedures below. Please note that if the unit is used and not faulty we are unable to accept any returns and returning non-faulty unused goods will incur a 30% restocking fee, per our Terms & Conditions that was agreed to when purchasing from us.

To return an item, please contact us and request an RMA number. Once we have approved the RMA request, please send back the goods to the following address;

Server Case UK Ltd
Units 1-2, Block 5 Lancaster Court,
Lancaster Park
Newborough Road,
Burton on Trent,
Staffs
DE13 9PD

Please ensure that you mark the return sender on the package along with the supplied RMA number. We are unable to accept any returned items that do not include a valid RMA number and the product will be returned back to the sender, along with a delivery charge and 30% handling fee per our Terms & Conditions.

Unless the product is faulty, items must be unused, still have their original packaging, labelling, and be accompanied by the original delivery note.
