New Order Tracking

Great News! We've just upgraded our order tracking system so customers can easily track orders online without having to login. Just visit our Track Online page and enter your order number and your delivery postcode. This would show the couriers, shipping dates and deliveries for each part of your order - which is especially useful if you have multiple deliveries for your order.

Also we've improved our customer area. Just login to your account and you will now be presented with a comprehensive list of your orders and the status of each order. Clicking on an order will show the full details of the order, what was in your order, totals and a link also to the online tracking - simple!
