In it's price bracket, this 4U chassis is the best for creating a 4x GPU compute density system. This chassis was test fit with an Asus Sage X299 motherboard, a Noctua NH-D9L (optimised for 3U chassis), 4x PNY RTX2080 Blower Style and a 1500w Thermaltake Toughpower PSU and apart from the cabling being a mildly unsightly clump in the corner, I couldn't have asked for a better fit. I got some fan mounts for the 2x 3x5.25" bays and put in a set of high CFM static pressure fans and it keeps all the installed components very cool and not struggling for cool air in a front to back configuration. This case is going to be at the centre of our initial deep learning cluster setup and as mentioned at the start, for the price you pay for this case, it does the job it is intended for without any bells and whistles very well.

Probably the best option on the market for rack mounting a desktop GPU heavy system. I.e. ATX PSU with the modern > 80mm size fan, large motherboard (E-ATX fits on the raised platform), multiple PCIe cards. 570 deep means it fits in smaller racks while still long enough to take full size GPUs. ServerCase's description was accurate to the product delivered. Case is well thought through. Optical bays instead of 3.5" mounting are mostly obsolete but work well as a place to mount 120mm inlet fans. They're also removable. Surprisingly they're mounted via rubber grommets for vibration dampening. Case ears are removable (loses the door, retains inner dust covers) but sadly can't be remounted at the IO end. There is a very similar model with 7 pcie slots available instead of 8 which seems strictly worse to me. I'll probably buy another couple as other machines are rotated out.

Works as intended. after replacing the fans with noctua fans all round it is really quite and runs cool. The purpose for this case was to fit 2x SilverStone Sst-FS305-12G with Rivo PCIe SATA Card, 8 Port with 8 SATA Cable which went in great after finding the correct screws to remove. The Plex server with paid Unraid (spins down drives when not in use) works great. Now the case review! It is sturdy and fitting parts to case were hit and miss with the rails I bought so a self tapper worked fine for one mount but the rest were just fine. The 2x (3x 5.25 bays) bays fan filters work fine but the fan is mounted in the middle of the case but there is enough space for air flow in my opinion. The 2x mounted bays also have fans at the rear to keep the drives below 35 degrees C and the 2x parity drives mounted in the centre are a little hotter but still below 39 degrees C so all in all I would recommend this case for the price.
